Ldvloper ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website ldvloper.com. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych).

The short version: We do not use cookies and we do not track you across websites. We only collect personal data you choose to send us — through the contact form, a booked call or an email.

3. What Data We Collect

We practice Data Minimization.

• Website Visitors: We do not collect names, emails, or IP addresses for analytics purposes. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and button clicks in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use Google Analytics or similar trackers.
• Cookies: This website is stateless and does not place cookies on your device. Therefore, no cookie banner is required under Polish electronic communications law (Ustawa Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej) implementing the EU ePrivacy Directive.
• Server Logs: Our hosting provider may temporarily log technical data (IP address, user agent) strictly for security and error debugging purposes. This is based on Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure the stability of the website. These logs are not used for marketing.

4. Communication

If you contact us through the contact form, by booking a call (via Cal.com) or by email, we process the data you provide — name, email address, and optionally phone number, company, project type, budget range and your message — together with how you found us (the campaign tags in the link you followed and the website that referred you, if any). We use it solely to reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal, on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We send you one confirmation email when you submit the form. If you do not become a client, we delete your inquiry 24 months after our last contact.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising. To run this process we use the following service providers, bound by data processing agreements: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Slack (internal notification to our team) and Cal.com (call booking). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.
